Mariselly Medina, MD
A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Mariselly Medina earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Pontifical Catholic University (Puerto Rico) in 1993 and her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in 1998. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University District Hospital in San Juan, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 2004.
In 2005, Dr. Medina moved to Orlando, where she was a staff physician at other pulmonary clinics for several years as well as practiced inpatient medicine. Dr. Medina established the Pulmonary Institute in 2011.
Dr. Medina specializes in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine.
In addition, she is a member of the following organizations:

- Society of Critical Care Medicine
- American Academy of Sleep Medicine
